Schedule:</b> Monday - Friday, 3 am start.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Overview:</b></div><p>
Assist warehouse management with inbound receiving and outbound selection. Communicate with employees and over the road truck drivers. Maintain spreadsheets, communicate among multiple departments, assist with NDCP&rsquo;s food safety policies &amp; assist with food safety audits.</p><p><br>
</p><p>This is a clerical position with responsibilities including but not limited to computer data entry, relaying work assignments to fellow employees, paperwork accuracy verification, finance related data entry, mail sorting and general office work and operational support as needed.</p></div></div></div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Receives incoming calls that may come in during scheduled shift.</li><li>
Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.</li><li>
Relay work assignment to employees that are scheduled.</li><li>
Process all warehouse manifests to verify accuracy of orders.</li><li>
Research and compile OS&amp;D data. (Over, Short, Damaged)</li><li>
Assist with food safety audits and other audits.</li><li>
Collection of incoming mail, packages and consolidate to send to DCP headquarters.</li><li>
All customer orders, customer pick-ups, 3rd party deliveries, intercompany deliveries, signed and picked up RAR&rsquo;s to be collected daily, scanned and then emailed to Finance.</li><li>
General office file maintenance.</li><li>
Other Finance related data collection tasks as they arise.</li><li>
Other supporting tasks related to all areas of operation deemed necessary by management.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Employees are required to be in/remain in their current position for a minimum of six (6) months and be in good standing before being considered for other job opportunities unless dictated by business needs. (NDCP Employee Handbook, page 14)Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately and safely hand select orders within warehouse</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
1+ years of experience in an office/operation setting.</li><li>
Strong oral and written communications skills.</li><li>
Ability to interact well with employees and customers.</li><li>
PC Literate with advanced-level Excel skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Knowledge of basic Finance data functions.</li></ul></div>
