We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR.

The regular hours for this position are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
<ul>
<li>Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production while wearing proper PPE</li>
<li>Accurately enter information on incoming cases into computer system and generate work cards</li>
<li>Cleaning and drying of case pans</li>
<li>Code cases in preparation for data entry</li>
<li>Make necessary changes to computer work cards to place cases on-hold, change dates, codes, etc.</li>
<li>Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage</li>
<li>Look up previous paperwork in files as needed for case information or reworks</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

Skills and Abilities Required:

<li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Multi task</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
<ul>
<li>Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>
<li>No experience required</li>
</ul>
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
<ul>
<li>Disinfectant process chemicals</li>
<li>Personal protective equipment as required.</li>
<li>Office equipment</li>
<li>Insert hazardous materials and/or equipment</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach</li>
<li>Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions</li>
<li>Good hand-eye coordination</li>
<li>Good manual dexterity</li>
<li>Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Repeated bending and kneeling</li>
<li>Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color</li>
