 As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will have an immediate impact on the NFL Employee and Candidate Experience by supporting the Talent Acquisition process. You will participate in recruiting and candidate experience, from posting open requisitions, managing automated and manual interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires. This role will also provide broad support for day-to-day human resources activities and play a key role in supporting high-volume hiring for Game Day Assistants.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Own the onboarding process for Game Day Assistant new and returning hires, ensuring timely processing, documentation compliance, and strong partnership with event-day stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide a consistent and positive candidate and employee experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process HR transactions including new hires and rehires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the talent acquisition process by posting job requisitions, managing candidate workflows, coordinating automated interview scheduling, and facilitating onboarding activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage scheduling automation tools to manage high-volume interview coordination and resolve conflicts or exceptions with urgency and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of HR data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee files, verify I-9s, and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead New Hire Orientation for all employee types.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage communications with recruiters, HRBPs, hiring managers, candidates, and all stakeholders with urgency and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively use and manage tools for scheduling, hiring, documentation, and onboarding, including automated interview scheduling platforms and case management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage individual ticket queues within the case management tool, responding promptly to requests as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams as necessary, including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support special projects, from tactical to strategic, as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform related duties as required.

 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Detailed understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Service Now or other case management tools a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate organization, communication, and accuracy in all work assigned.
 </li>

 Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
 </li>

Talent Acquisition Operations Associate (External Agency Staff)

 Overview /Objective
 
 
 
 The Manager will be a key member of the Club &amp; Labor Finance department that focuses on strategically analyzing Member Club financials. The Manager will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining League economic models as well as financial models used during Collective Bargaining Agreement (&ldquo;CBA&rdquo;) negotiations.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as primary analyst on the Leaguewide economic model incorporating club financials in order to identify key financial trends, benchmark club financials, and evaluate the local vs. national impact of potential strategic initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance and develop financial models used during CBA negotiations to evaluate the cost vs. benefit of potential CBA provisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead analysis on financial models used to assess the overall League financial environment focusing on revenue sharing, debt financing, stadium financing, and player costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create annual League economic management reports and 5-year projection reports on League financials delivered and presented to club owners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT to build systems that support these financial models and with Business Intelligence team to enhance dynamic dashboards built on the club financials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct analyses and forecasts on ticketing trends and analytics which are key pillars of the revenue sharing program and player cost calculation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and identify trends in club financial projections used to create financial reports and presentations for Commissioner, EOC, club CFOs, Finance Committee, CEC, and all clubs&rsquo; owners regarding CBA negotiations and club economics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address ad hoc club requests and projects that involve the use of League-wide financial information and club benchmarking information.

 Required Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferably in mathematics, data science, finance, or a related quantitative field of study
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of work experience in finance/quantitative field; at least 2 years of building and maintaining comprehensive financial models
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Superior analytical skills with the ability to analyze from both a micro and macro level
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications

 This role will support the NFL&rsquo;s departmental leads (three Senior Vice Presidents) with a focus on daily administrative and core operational support across these core functions of the League, in order to drive efficiency and optimize the productivity of these teams and leaders.
