About the role</b></h2></div><div><p>
This role is all about coordination, connection and delivery. As our Apprentice &amp; Planning Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the internal programme manager, training providers, line managers and other internal teams to facilitate high quality technical training and support apprentice development across NGS.</p><p></p><p><br>
You&rsquo;ll help translate training requirements into clear, workable plans - making sure apprentices have the right training, at the right time, to build competence and confidence as they progress towards their first post roles. You won&rsquo;t be running the Early Careers programme itself, but you will be key to making sure training and development happen smoothly and effectively.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you'll be doing</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Working closely with training providers, line managers and internal teams to coordinate technical training delivery</li><li>
Planning and scheduling apprenticeship training in line with competency needs and the annual learning plan</li><li>
Ensuring apprentices receive the right mix of training and on the job experience to support their development</li><li>
Tracking apprentice progress and adjusting training plans where needed</li><li>
Acting as a day to day point of contact for apprentices on training, planning and system queries</li><li>
Supporting the setup and coordination of end point assessments</li><li>
Managing practical arrangements including travel, accommodation and equipment for training delivery</li><li>
Identifying gaps in training needs and feeding insights back to central teams</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
