Phlebotomy Duties:<ul><li>Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and care.</li><li>Accurately label, handle, and transport specimens, ensuring adherence to laboratory standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized phlebotomy area, following all safety and infection control protocols.</li><li>Receptionist Duties:</li><li>Greet and assist patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional reception experience.</li><li>Schedule patient appointments, manage front desk operations, and handle phone calls efficiently.</li><li>Verify patient information, process insurance details, and collect payments as required.</li><li>Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.</li><li>Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting as needed.</li><li>Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and reorder as necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Minimum Intermediate; phlebotomy certification from an accredited program is preferred.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in both phlebotomy and receptionist roles is highly desirable.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Pakistan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
