 About the Role
 
 
 
 At NBBL we are looking for aspirants in Product development role who are passionate and energetic about building products which are innovative. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You&rsquo;re a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release. At NBBL (Bharat Connect), you will be part of a dynamic and spirited team who are working with cross functional teams and external market players to design, build and rollout products that has impact across the nation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product ideation, product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data to get meaningful customer and business insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E/B.Tech with Professional degrees like MBA or equivalent
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to use AI capabilities and AI‑driven insights to inform product decisions, optimize development processes, and drive innovative solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); proven ability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Having knowledge and understanding of various technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one&rsquo;s sleeves to get the job
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

NBBL - Senior Associate / Lead - Product Development (BBPS)

 A. About role -
 
 
 
 The Relationship Manager &ndash; TSP will be responsible for managing and strengthening partnerships with Technology Service Providers (TSPs) in the NBBL ecosystem. The role involves driving business growth through partner collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and compliance, and aligning TSP initiatives with NBBL&rsquo;s strategic and regulatory framework.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 B. Role &amp; Responsibilities -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSPs as the single point of contact
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive partner onboarding, integration, and operational excellence
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities and support ecosystem expansion
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Risk) for issue resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Track partner performance, analyze KPIs, and present business insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to NBBL and RBI guidelines
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 C. Qualification/Skill requirement -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BE/BTech with MBA preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or partner management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of APIs, BBPS, UPI, and payment systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
 </li>
