Job Overview We have several positions available. We need people who are willing to schedule workers and book hotels for traveling workers. This is for Saturday to Sunday 8amto 4:30pm shift.(Saturday and Sunday ONLY Shift).Additionally, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler and Office Manager, specializing in scheduling supervision and bookkeeping. This role involves managing complex schedules, overseeing office operations, and maintaining accurate financial records using various accounting software.Experience is a plus, but recent graduates, especially with higher GPA, is welcome.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, manage, and optimize scheduling systems to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.</li><li>Oversee the scheduling team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to organizational priorities.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping records, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and general ledger management as well as invoicing.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, accounts payable/receivable processing, and payroll management.</li><li>Manage office administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organizational workflows.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>For schedulers proven experience with team communications and proficiency in spreadsheet software.</li><li>For the bookkeeping and management role additional proven experience with accounting software.</li><li>Bookkeeping functions such as journal entries, account reconciliation, bank &amp; general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with financial concepts including double-entry bookkeeping.</li><li>Proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.</li><li>Ability to be thorough and creative in procuring hotel or airbnb alternatives for traveling workers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
