Our Graphic Designers work closely with the NRS Marketing strategy team to assist in the creation of graphics and various visual aspects for NRS &ndash; including, but not limited to &ndash; advertising elements, logos, collateral, in-house signage, digital media content for web and social media and more. The Graphic Designer also ensures all graphics are in accordance with brand style guidelines and reinforces NRS&rsquo;s brand. This position is full time, on-site in Decatur, Texas.Experience with InDesign is required:Duties:<ul><li>Create graphic/visual designs for the NRS brand ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards to maintain a cohesive visual identity</li><li>Attention to detail, taking feedback from peers, marketing team and creative director to refine designs</li><li>Demonstrate a positive attitude toward constructive criticism</li><li>Meet and manage project deadlines to ensure timely delivery, reviewing project boards frequently providing status updates on projects.</li><li>Ensure all final copies of work are stored according to outlined SOP</li><li>Project a positive attitude toward the organization and co-workers.</li><li>Attend photoshoots, assist photographers as needed to ensure they have clear instruction on what is needed to complete design layouts</li><li>Travel locally as needed</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Have a or currently working on an education in graphic design or a related field preferred </li><li>Experience with InDesign is a must</li><li>Proficient in Adobe InDesign as main program and Photoshop and Illustrator as secondary design programs.</li><li>Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Excel</li><li>Strong desire and aptitude to continue learning and take on new challenges</li><li>Presents a professional attitude both in the office and when representing NRS externally</li><li>A natural multi-tasker and self-starter who is able to maintain focus in an open space work environment</li><li>Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage a continuous workflow in a high-volume, multi-tasking fast-paced environment, anticipating needs &amp; changing dynamics, and managing accordingly</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines with quality work and interpret feedback</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Organization skills, ability to multi-task</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently but also harmoniously as part of a team</li><li>Experience working in fast pace work environments with possible same day deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Experience or Skills:<ul><li>Degree in graphic design or other related field</li><li>Preferred 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field with similar responsibilities</li><li>Editing experience with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator</li><li>Working knowledge of printing production process</li><li>Knowledge of Asana or similar project management software</li><li>Experience in or around any aspect of the western lifestyle and knowledge of various tack and western products</li></ul>Required Materials:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio link</li><li>Cover Letter (tell us why you are a good fit)</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
