 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of warehouse operations, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 This position provides leadership for daily warehouse operations while promoting a culture of
 
 Safety, Accountability, Quality, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement.

 What You'll Do
 
 
 Lead Warehouse Operations

 Manage all daily warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, quality, and operational performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement operational plans and budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products.

 Promote and maintain a strong culture of workplace safety.

 Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, SQF, AIB, HACCP, GMP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

 Lead warehouse safety initiatives and ensure employees receive required safety training.
 </li>

 Maintain warehouse sanitation and cleanliness standards.

 Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.

 Required Qualifications

 High School Diploma or GED
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of warehouse or manufacturing leadership experience
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 OR
 
 
 
 An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
 
 
 
 Bachelor's Degree Preferred
