Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by performing a wide range of treasury activities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, assisting in the year-end audit process, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Bank Administration &amp; Daily Operations: Manage daily cash position and bank activity, including deposits, payments, wires/ACH, Positive Pay, and account validations, while coordinating with AP/AR to ensure accurate and timely processing.</li><li>
Cash Flow Management &amp; Forecasting: Oversee daily cash movements, track flex activity, and prepare weekly forecasts by aggregating AP data, reconciling payments, and projecting short-term liquidity needs.</li><li>
Monthly Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of banking activity, payment platforms, and marketplace orders, including weekly TSE payment reconciliations through treasury systems.</li><li>
Cash Projections: Assist in cash flow forecasting, helping the organization plan for upcoming financial obligations and opportunities.</li><li>
Process Improvement and Automation: Deliver accurate cash and variance reports, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation in treasury operations.</li><li>
Ad-Hoc Projects: Willingly take on and excel in any ad-hoc projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the finance team and the organization.</li></ul>
Critical Skills and Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or Similar Program: Possess a degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and accounting practices.</li><li>
Minimum 2 Years Applicable Experience: Have at least 2 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Strong Spreadsheet Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software for data management and analysis.</li><li>
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining clean financial records.</li><li>
Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and propose solutions.</li><li>
Knowledge of NetSuite or Oracle ERP Systems (a plus): Familiarity with NetSuite or other Oracle ERP systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.</li></ul>
