Nations Roof, one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead multiple business units and drive performance across a designated region.
This is a high-impact executive leadership role with full regional responsibility for operational execution, financial performance, workforce strategy, and leadership development.
Prior of Current experience working for a Commercial Roofing Contractor in an dedicated operations or senior project manager position is required for consideration.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Own</h3>
Regional Leadership &amp; Growth<ul><li>
Mentor and support Highly Skilled Business Unit Leaders across multiple territories</li><li>
Align regional strategy with corporate growth initiatives</li><li>
Drive and support revenue growth, operational scalability, and margin performance</li></ul>
P&amp;L &amp; Financial Performance<ul><li>
Full regional P&amp;L ownership</li><li>
Strengthen forecasting, cost controls, and financial discipline</li><li>
Improve job cost performance and overall regional profitability</li></ul>
Project Optimization &amp; Technical Leadership<ul><li>
Provide executive-level oversight on complex, high-profile commercial roofing projects</li><li>
Drive project optimization strategies to improve efficiency, production, and margin</li><li>
Support field leadership in resolving technical challenges and risk mitigation</li><li>
Ensure consistent safety, quality, and operational standards across all offices</li></ul>
Workforce Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Align workforce planning with backlog and revenue targets</li><li>
Optimize labor forecasting, crew productivity, and talent deployment</li><li>
Build, coach, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams</li><li>
Serve as a senior technical and operational advisor to executive leadership</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>
8+ years of commercial roofing operations or senior project management experience required</li><li>
Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience highly preferred</li><li>
Proven P&amp;L management responsibility</li><li>
Previous branch or commercial roofing company leadership preferred</li><li>
Highly technical commercial roofing knowledge with experience supporting large-scale projects</li><li>
Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
