Job Responsibilities and Duties</b></div><ul><li><div>
Perform vehicle accessory installations, module replacements, calibrations, and software/firmware updates in accordance with manufacturer and company procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance, including minor services through major engine, drivetrain, and electrical repairs, up to and including complete overhauls.</div></li><li><div>
Accurately document all diagnostic findings, repairs, parts used, and labor performed in company systems.</div></li><li>
Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects pride in work and adherence to manufacturer and company standards.</li><li>
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area, including proper care and use of tools and equipment.</li><li><div>
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.</div></li><li>
Collaborate effectively with team members and support overall shop efficiency.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><div><b>
Qualifications and Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Proven and verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician or Auto Mechanic.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.</li><li>
Proficiency with modern vehicle diagnostic systems, scan tools, and troubleshooting methods.</li><li>
Ability to safely operate shop equipment, including vehicle lifts, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies, repair methods, materials, and equipment.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul><div>
