We are seeking an E-Filing Follow Up team member to support our high-volume court filing operations from our Los Angeles office. This is an in-office, hourly position with potential overtime, scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The primary focus of this role is to track the status of electronic filings across multiple court systems, resolve routine issues, and send conformed (filed) copies and confirmations back to clients with accuracy and urgency.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Monitor and follow up on the status of e-filings across internal and external court e-filing systems</li><li>Review filing outcomes (accepted, rejected, pending) and take appropriate next steps to keep matters moving</li><li>Send conformed copies, receipts, and confirmation details to clients via email (and occasionally by phone)</li><li>Identify discrepancies, missing information, or system issues and escalate appropriately</li><li>Maintain organized records, notes, and supporting documentation for each filing</li><li>Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and meet turnaround expectations consistently</li><li>Support the team with other administrative tasks related to e-filing operations as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Entry-level welcome, no prior e-filing experience required (training provided)</li><li>Strong computer proficiency and comfort working across multiple systems and web portals</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar tools</li><li>Typing speed of 40+ WPM</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy with documents, dates, case information, and client instructions</li><li>Strong organization skills and ability to manage a consistent high-volume workload</li><li>Professional, corporate communication style with strong email etiquette</li><li>Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site in Los Angeles</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Prior experience in legal support, litigation support, court filing, docketing, or administrative operations</li><li>Customer service experience in a deadline-driven environment</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>In-office role based in Los Angeles</li><li>High-volume, deadline-sensitive workflow requiring consistency, focus, and professionalism</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
