We are seeking experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, sales, and customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for highly driven professionals. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage customer and carrier relationships.</li>
<li>Prospect and secure new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking.</li>
<li>Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shippers and carriers.</li>
<li>Coordinate freight shipments from pickup to delivery.</li>
<li>Monitor shipments, provide updates, and resolve any service issues.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records using a Transportation Management System (TMS).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales preferred.</li>
<li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and supply chain operations.</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, TMS platforms).</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>100% commission-based structure.</li>
<li>Earnings based on a percentage of gross profit per load.</li>
