Job Title: Medical Clinic Office Manager/Registration/Scheduling/BillingJob Summary: We are seeking ax experienced professional detail-oriented and organized Medical Clinic Manager experienced in registration, scheduling and medical billing to join our team. Position will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient good verbal &amp; written communication between employees, patients and healthcare providers. This position is for someone who wants to be part of team &amp; make this position their own, not just show up for a job and paycheck. Compensation is based on experience.Qualifications/Skills:- Education: Minimum High School Degree/GED- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Positive interpersonal and customer service skills.- Ability to multi-task &amp; excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail &amp; remembering details- Dependable &amp; reliable- Proficiency in PC applications of Word programs, Internet, EHR &amp; other systems as required, including scanning, uploading to system and faxing.- Experience in medical office software, medical billing and electronic medical records (EMR) systems; Knowledge/experience with Athena A PLUS- Experience in medical billing &amp; Insurance systemsResponsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical clinic- Answering telephone &amp; returning calls- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently through EHR system- Coordinating registering new patients, patient check-in and check-out processes- Collecting necessary co-pays or payments- Routine Administrative tasks such as but not limited to faxing, scanning, uploading documents, opening mail, monitoring office supplies- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed- Performs other duties as assignedJoin our team as Medical Clinic Office Manager/Registration/Scheduling/Billing and contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
