What your duties and responsibilities will be...<ul><li>
Maintain a 1.5% or lower retention rate.</li><li>
Maintain a 5% or lower call back rate.</li><li>
Maintain 4.8 (out of 5) customer satisfaction score.</li><li>
Minimum 2% upsell/cross sells closure rate with an annual goal of 2% - 5%.</li><li>
Pass Quality Pro &amp; Green Pro Certified tests within first 90 days.</li><li>
Minimum 5 reviews monthly from Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc.</li><li>
Generate minimum of 10 estimate appointments per month.</li><li>
We require rotating Saturdays two minimum per month plus rotating on call availability on Sundays. It could be three or more depending on staffing levels and seasonal work.</li></ul>
What you should bring to this position...<ul><li>
Drivers License - Must have clean driving record.</li><li>
Pest Control License - Must be licensed in the State of Texas to perform pest control.</li><li>
Termite License a plus - Termite license a plus but not required at time of hire. Must obtain a license within 90 days of hire date.</li><li>
Physically Fit - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking, driving and standing a minimum of 8 hours a day required.</li></ul>
Job Summary
Pest control technician are responsible for performing general pest, termite, rodent and mosquito work using environmentally friendly green products. Technicians will be assigned a route and will be responsible for performing services, assisting customers and office personnel. Technicians will work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday work during busy season.
