ey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Therapy &amp; Treatment</li><li>Administer naturopathy treatments such as massage therapy, diet therapy, fasting therapy as per prescribed protocols.</li><li>Assess the health condition of residential clients and implement treatment plans under the guidance of senior naturopathic doctors.</li><li>Maintain hygiene, safety, and comfort during therapies.</li><li>Patient Care &amp; Support</li><li>Provide round-the-clock care, guidance, and support to residential clients.</li><li>Educate patients on naturopathic lifestyle practices including diet, yoga, meditation, and stress management.</li><li>Motivate patients to actively participate in their healing journey.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Reporting</li><li>Keep daily records of patient progress, therapy sessions, and response to treatments.</li><li>Report to the Residential In-charge/Chief Naturopath regarding patient progress and concerns.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of case histories and therapy outcomes.</li><li>Team Collaboration</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, yoga instructors, dieticians, and other therapists to ensure holistic patient care.</li><li>Emergency Handling (Night Duty Responsibilities):</li><li>Patient Monitoring</li><li>Regularly check on residential patients, especially those under treatment requiring observation (e.g., fasting, detox, chronic illness).</li><li>Stay alert for any signs of discomfort, distress, or medical emergencies.</li><li>First Response</li><li>Provide immediate first aid in case of minor injuries, fainting, dizziness, or sudden health complaints.</li><li>Stay calm and reassure the patient to reduce panic.</li><li>Escalation Protocol</li><li>Immediately inform the duty doctor/medical officer on call about any serious or abnormal condition.</li><li>If required, arrange for urgent transport to the nearest hospital in coordination with the administration.</li><li>Maintain contact with senior staff, residential in-charge, or management as per protocol.</li><li>Preparedness</li><li>Keep emergency equipment (first aid kit, torch, thermometer, BP monitor, glucometer, etc.) ready and functional.</li><li>Be familiar with patient case histories and any special instructions for night monitoring.</li><li>Know the location of nearest hospital, ambulance contact, and emergency phone numbers.</li><li>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</li><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Naturopathy &amp; Yogic Sciences (BNYS preferred).</li><li>Certification in naturopathic therapies, massage therapy, or yoga will be an added advantage.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in naturopathy, wellness centers, or residential therapy setups.</li><li>Strong knowledge of naturopathy principles, dietetics, yoga, and holistic healing.</li><li>Compassionate, patient-centered, and disciplined approach.</li><li>Good communication and counseling skills.</li><li>Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide residential support if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
