Location: Blair, Nebraska (Plant-Based) 
Reports to: Director of Plant Operations

We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Process Engineer who&rsquo;s ready to take ownership, drive improvements, and be a steady, positive force on the plant floor.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, staying close to operations, coaching others, and steadily making things better &mdash; we want to meet you. This isn&rsquo;t a role for someone looking to sit behind a desk. It&rsquo;s for someone who wants to make a real difference day in and day out.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Serve as a hands-on technical leader in our polymer operations &mdash; troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and delivering practical solutions.</li>
<li>Lead and support process improvements focused on yield, cost, and quality. You&rsquo;ll dig into data, collaborate with operations, and implement real change.</li>
<li>Provide technical coaching and leadership to the team &mdash; sharing knowledge, elevating operating discipline, and helping others succeed.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operations.</li></ul> 


What You Bring
<ul>
<li>A degree in chemical or mechanical engineering</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in process design or operations &mdash; preferably in polymers, chemicals, or similar manufacturing environments</li>
<li>Strong technical depth and a bias for action</li>
<li>A calm, collaborative approach &mdash; able to work with operations, maintenance, and leadership effectively</li>
<li>The ability to focus on what matters, communicate clearly, and follow through</li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul>
<li>Pay Range: $105,000 to $115,000 with 8% annual bonus potential</li>
<li>Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of vacation, 3 floating holidays, and 9 company-paid holidays</li>
<li>Family Sick Time: 6 days per year</li>
<li>401(k) Plan: 5.5% automatic contribution plus 50% match on the first 6%</li>
