Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in public restroom settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Come be an important part of keeping San Diego beautiful and welcoming for all!Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform cleaning duties in commercial public spaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.</li><li>Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Conduct custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.</li><li>Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall property upkeep.</li><li>Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies to ensure they are in good working condition.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications - No Experience Necessary - Low Stress Environment<ul><li>Must have valid Drivers License.</li><li>Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.</li></ul>Join our team and contribute to creating clean and welcoming environment for all.Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
