Job Overview: 
Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Drive the setup of the India subsidiary, ensuring full compliance with corporate, tax, and banking regulations.</li>
<li>Liaise with statutory auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to resolve pending paperwork and secure approvals.</li>
<li>Oversee statutory audits, filings, and compliance reporting in accordance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.</li>
<li>Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.</li>
<li>Assist in financial oversight for India operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for auditors and banking partners on finance and compliance matters.</li>
<li>Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and evolving regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Be available to sign and represent the company on legal documents as required for compliance and regulatory filings.</li>
</ul>
Required Experience & Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, auditing, or corporate compliance.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in establishing legal entities in India (Mandatory) and managing incorporation processes end-to-end.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the Indian Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and tax regulations.</li>
<li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with auditors, banks, and government agencies.</li>
<li>Professional credentials such as CA, CS, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge local authorities and global headquarters.</li>
