Job Description: Accounts Executive Location: NH 8 near Ayshmaan hospital hero honda chock Gurgaon Haryana`Experience: 1&ndash;3 YearsSalary: 15k to 25kKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and Busy software.</li><li>Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.</li><li>Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash book, bank book, and other financial records.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) on a monthly basis.</li><li>Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Manage invoice preparation, billing, and vendor reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&amp;L and balance sheet (if required).</li><li>Support the finance team during audit activities.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of all accounting work</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.</li><li>Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.</li><li>Knowledge of GST entries, TDS entries, and return preparation (preferred).</li><li>Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).</li><li>Attention to detail and good organizational skills.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.</li><li>Accounting-related certificates in Tally/Busy (optional but preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,206.94 - &#8377;25,519.66 per monthWork Location: In person
