 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and responsible
 
 Billing Engineer
 
 with hands-on experience in fire door installation projects. The role involves managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in overall project planning, execution, and monitoring of fire door installation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and track project schedules, site progress reports, and installation milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and support site engineers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee site measurements, BOQ validations, and billing support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation including work orders, installation checklists, and client sign-offs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site visits and ensure project deadlines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report project status to the Project Manager and senior management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Tech / Diploma in any stream.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the
 
 fire door or door hardware installation industry
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project coordination and team management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and AutoCAD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of industry standards and safety compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Local candidate or willing to relocate to Delhi.
 </li>
