Job Description</b></h2>
</div><div><p>The Enterprise Systems Development (ESD) unit in the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a Principal Software Developer to help lead the design and implementation of a new facility management IT solution. This role will focus on configuring and implementing a modern Integrated Workplace Management System on the ServiceNow platform, executing a major data migration effort, and developing automated business metrics and reporting to support data driven decision making.</p><div><br>
As a key member of the ESD team, you will:<br>
<ul><li>Support the technical transition of NNL's Integrated Workplace Management System to PrimeNet using ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing.</li><li>Plan and execute complex data migration activities (profiling, mapping, validation) to ensure accuracy and integrity of asset, work management, and related operational data.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain applications and tools that support planning and management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.</li><li>Build and automate metrics, dashboards, and reports that provide meaningful insight into facility and maintenance performance at all organizational levels.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure systems and metrics align with enterprise level operational needs.</li><li>Help identify, evaluate, and implement additional IT systems and integrations that enhance site wide engineering, maintenance and operations capabilities.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other developers and project team members, promoting sound development practices and high quality delivery.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill</b></h2>

Job Description</b></h2>
</div><div><p>The Enterprise Systems Development (ESD) unit in the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a Principal Project Manager to help lead delivery of key enterprise systems that support site maintenance and operations. Initially, this position will focus on supporting the planning and implementation of NNL's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) on PrimeNet using the ServiceNow platform, and coordination of related initiatives across the ESD portfolio including support of Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) reporting. This role is well suited for a project manager who is comfortable working in a technical environment, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and providing leadership across multiple concurrent efforts.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Support IWMS Project Management</li></ul>
o Plan and manage the implementation of the Integrated Workplace Management System on the ServiceNow platform, including scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.<br>
o Coordinate with software developers, system architects, data migration specialists, and the site sponsor to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered.<br>
o Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing for IWMS capabilities (e.g., preventive and corrective maintenance, space management, asset management, work management).<br>
<ul><li>Project Management Support Across the Unit</li></ul>
o Provide backup and surge support for project management activities across the ESD unit, including project planning, tracking, and reporting for other enterprise systems projects.<br>
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and templates.<br>
o Monitor and report project status, risks, issues, and resource needs to leadership.</div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
