 We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Product Designer to join our team! You will possess a unique blend of research experience and design prowess, capable of conducting both generative and evaluative research while excelling in designing enterprise software solutions.
 The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded product designer capable of seamlessly transitioning between research and design tasks. The ability to synthesize research findings and translate them into effective design solutions is crucial. Experience working with established design systems is required and should be able to contribute to and maintain these systems effectively.
 The successful applicant will possess excellent skills in wireframing, rapid prototyping, conducting user interviews, creating and analyzing user surveys, and facilitating both moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions.

What you’ll do: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research</li>
<li>Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences</li>
<li>Contribute to our design system</li>
</ul>
What you’ll need: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in product design or related field</li>
<li>Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams</li>
<li>Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing (e.g., A/B testing, card sorts, tree tests)</li>
<li>The ability to synthesize and analyse findings to distil actionable insights</li>
<li>Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping</li>
<li>Experience with user research and testing platforms (User Interviews Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript</li>
<li>Knowledge of information architecture principles</li>
<li>Experience working with established design systems</li>
<li>Comfort in presenting research insights and design rationale to senior leaders</li>
<li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, decision making and user experience design while leveraging NAVEX’s core values</li>

<li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li>
<li>The starting pay range for this role is $85,000+ per annum.</li>
<li>Pay progression based on your performance.</li>
