 As our Solutions Engineer and a key member of our sales organization, you will create high quality engagement opportunities for our customers and prospects, supporting revenue generation. You will help NAVEX’s customers realize the value of our fully integrated risk and compliance solutions. In partnership with our sales professionals, you will support NAVEX’s sales methodology, create tailored product presentations and build customer relationships.

What you’ll do: 
<ul>
<li>Learn and apply industry knowledge in support of sales for our integrated risk and compliance solutions</li>
<li>Conduct pre-sales activities such as research, discovery and product presentations for revenue generation and pipeline growth</li>
<li>Provide support in management of sales pipeline</li>
<li>Strategically influence buyers by demonstrating the value of our solutions and services</li>
<li>Develop requirements for proof-of concept “sandbox” systems</li>
<li>Leverage position core competencies to advance customers through the sales cycle</li>
<li>Evaluate existing customer processes and systems, identify pain points and recommend best-practice application of our solutions</li>
<li>Make data driven decisions based on KPIs like win rate, average days to close and cross-sell %</li>

What you’ll bring: 
<ul>
<li>3+ years’ experience in software pre-sales, sales, consulting or implementation in the corporate marketplace</li>
<li>Strong business management skills, familiarity with strategic and value selling</li>
<li>Understanding of best practice models such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN or Challenger</li>
<li>The ability to influence others based on your credibility, confidence and shared respect</li>

What you’ll do:

<li>Proactively build and maintain relationships with NAVEX’s customers in the midmarket space to create new business opportunities through cross-sell and upsell, presenting the value of our integrated platform of risk and compliance management solutions and services</li>
<li>Leverage your prospecting techniques and resources to navigate buying groups across different functions and identify opportunities within your defined territory while nurturing those relationships to drive interest and advance our sales goals</li>
<li>Deliver persuasive presentations and SaaS technology demonstrations by storytelling actual business scenarios in an engaging and compelling manner to key decision makers to impress our customers with your industry and product knowledge</li>
<li>Identify and meet customer needs with strong discovery and consultative value selling</li>
<li>Effectively develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunity beyond what is needed to achieve your sales goals, accurately forecasting sales</li>
<li>Attend initial in-person 1-week intensive training and on-going virtual weekly product trainings to stay well informed on industry trends and up to date on NAVEX’s always evolving solutions</li>
<li>Crush your sales quota, negotiating and closing opportunities</li>

What you’ll bring: 
<ul>
<li>4+ years of a successful B2B sales career track and experience targeting midmarket organizations (1,000+ employee headcount)</li>
<li>Experience selling SaaS based solutions</li>
<li>Familiarity with value selling, strategic selling, formal training or understanding of best practice models such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN or Challenger</li>
<li>A passion for learning – the risk and compliance space are rapidly evolving</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills, having a persuasive and patient, yet compelling and compassionate approach. You’ll be forging strong relationships with customers and must be able to earn their trust</li>
<li>Strong prospecting, planning, organizational and time management skills. We have a dynamic environment that requires self-motivation and initiative, and comfort working with ambiguity</li>
<li>Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products</li>
<li>Ability to approach, recognize and anticipate process and operational problems and effectively identify areas for improvement</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to participate effectively with a team and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds</li>

 Our Ethics and Compliance Content team develops learning experiences that shape how employees around the world make ethical decisions every day. We’re seeking an Instructional Designer who combines exceptional writing and project management skills with a passion for creating engaging, behavior-changing learning experiences.
 As a member of the NAVEX Ethics and Compliance Content Team, you’ll join a collaborative group that oversees the design and development of NAVEX’s eLearning content.
 In this role, you will lead external instructional design partners and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery - ensuring that all learning content reflects NAVEX’s instructional, editorial, and quality standards. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and creative partners to create engaging, globally relevant learning experiences.

What you’ll do

<li>Conduct independent research, review existing materials, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure topic accuracy and relevance</li>
<li>Define outcome-based learning objectives aligned with NAVEX’s instructional design framework</li>
<li>Translate complex regulatory and ethical topics into learner-friendly, scenario-based training that drives behavioral change</li>
<li>Create and review instructional assignments, scripts, storyboards, and course content for clarity, tone, and alignment with NAVEX guidelines</li>
<li>Manage and guide external content development partners through clear direction and structured feedback, ensuring deliverables meet NAVEX standards on time and within budget</li>
<li>Partner across teams to ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and compliant with global learning standards</li>
<li>Conduct regular QA reviews, coordinate corrections with development partners, and integrate stakeholder and learner feedback</li>
<li>Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, analytics, and feedback</li>
<li>Stay current with emerging trends in learning science, instructional design, and AI-driven content creation, and apply these insights to identify and implement enhancements that improve learner engagement</li>
<li>Provide solutions and strategic thinking for business problems related to online learning initiatives</li>
</ul>
What you’ll need: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in learning design, certification in Instructional Design with emphasis on adult learners and eLearning a plus</li>
</ul>
5+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning or instructional content, ideally focused on ethics, compliance, or corporate learning programs; experience creating content for global, multilingual, or multicultural audiences a plus

<li>Experience overseeing vendors or project teams responsible for content creation</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, with excellent writing, editing, communication, and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, learning science, and instructional design models, with proven ability to transform complex material into intuitive, interactive learning experiences; intellectually curious and committed to continuous learning and innovation</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with modern learning content platforms</li>
<li>Experience using analytics to assess and optimize learning programs</li>
