What you’ll do: 
<ul>
<li>Work alongside Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customers</li>
<li>Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented</li>
<li>Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest quality</li>
<li>Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews</li>
<li>Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives</li>
<li>Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services</li>
<li>Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools</li>
</ul>
What you’ll need: 
<ul>
<li>8+ years full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based system</li>
<li>Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React and Node; AWS preferred</li>
<li>Exposure to design principles such as: Object-oriented design patterns, N-Tier software architecture, threading and synchronization, relational database design, etc.</li>
<li>A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and grow</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a remote team environment</li>
<li>The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools</li>
<li>A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices</li>
<li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving while leveraging NAVEX’s core values</li>

<li>The starting pay for this role is $125,000 per annum with 5% MBO.</li>

Senior Staff Software Engineer

 Are you someone who is organized, detail oriented, and loves analytical review? Are you interested in starting a career in Quality Assurance? If so, the QA Specialist role may be a great fit for you!
 NAVEX is looking for a new QA Specialist who will assist with day-to-day QA review of custom web pages and other tailored web-based services to NAVEX customers. In addition, you will analyze, validate, prepare, and audit data introduced into customer databases, and facilitate processes that contribute to data quality, including researching functionality of our current and future products and assisting in creation of strategies and tools for validation of data quality and integrity within those products.

 This role has a defined term through May 2026.

What you’ll do: 
<ul>
<li>Perform quality assurance checks on web intake sites and back-end system configurations</li>
<li>Confirm quality, and accuracy of display, of data in multiple languages</li>
<li>Audit, document, and validate completeness and correctness of existing customer data</li>
<li>Evaluate project requests based on system requirements</li>
<li>Manage multiple work tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing against deliverables</li>
<li>Provide technical support for Services teams</li>
<li>Maintain individual Key Performance targets</li>
<li>Follow instructions and establish guidelines as assigned by your manager</li>
</ul>
What you’ll need: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of related experience</li>
<li>A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and consistently reliable and accountable</li>
<li>Experience managing the integrity and quality of a variety of types of data</li>
<li>Familiarity with popular web browsers and accessibility principles</li>
<li>Understanding of database structures and functionality as they affect interface design</li>
<li>The ability to interpret instructions from diverse sources</li>
<li>The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines</li>
<li>The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (service), collaboration, and user acceptance testing</li>
<li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust</li>
</ul>
The rate for this role is $26.45 hourly.
