 The Marketing and Growth team at Navi drives user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns. They work cross-functionally with business, product, and analytics teams to expand the customer base and increase revenue. The team drives growth through targeted messaging, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, effective use of social media, impactful brand campaigns, and storytelling to build loyalty.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We Expect From You
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and implement a performance marketing strategy to drive acquisition, awareness, traffic, leads and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle acquisition &amp; remarketing via Google (App Marketing), Facebook, Affiliates, Partnerships, Programmatic etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring cost efficiency in achieving acquisition and engagement goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with data science, product, engineering &amp; business teams to scale the performance of marketing channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously test and refine campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore new performance marketing channels to diversify and scale acquisition efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report campaign performance and key success metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and publish dashboards/reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage ad creative development in collaboration with design and brand teams to ensure campaigns are engaging and high-performing.
 </li>

 Must Haves
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years experience across Performance Marketing, Google &amp; Facebook Ad platform, Affiliates, MMP (Eg. Appsflyer), or marketing roles with a very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding &amp; content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of driving growth at scale;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact / ROI; critical thinker with problem solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Marketing, Business, Analytics, Product, Tech etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Associate Manager II - Performance Marketing

 About the Team
 
 
 
 Currently, Navi is into Lending, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold &amp; UPI. This position is for the function SBO (Strategy &amp; Business Operations), which spans across all of these businesses. SBO is front end for all non-automated interactions with Navi customers and has two broad focus areas:
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Be the representative of the customers in Navi and the representative of Navi to the Customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Build Industry first and best ever customer-facing innovations across products - Look for big problem statements which can create long-term step-jump results (e.g., how to make cashless health claims to 90% - Industry is at 50% or how to solve fraud in debt management and claims)
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 SBO currently has four operating verticals with a prime focus on achieving business objectives:

 <li>
 Debt Management &ndash; Focus on making our lending portfolio profitable by ensuring we get the most money back. We have lent using data science and human behavior principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Experience &ndash; Understanding users' pain points and working with product and tech to better our offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Claims &ndash; Give the best ever customer experience to genuine customers and catch all fraudulent cases upfront
 </li>
 <li>
 Operations &ndash; Non-customer-facing operations focused on making the customer experience better while managing operations risk
 </li>

 SBO also has central functions to ensure constant innovation &amp; support for operating verticals:

 Process Excellence &ndash; Create, audit, and improve people and various processes: broadly involves auditing and doing RCAs on people and processes, and using that to drive actions that improve the business metrics for short and long term.
 </li>

 Control tower &ndash; Real-time monitoring of all critical business metrics, along with pre-empting and intervening in any issues at an early stage
 </li>

 About the Role:
 
 City CEO is a general management role with ownership of P&amp;L and owning business targets, and hence we see the person being fungible and able to move easily into most of the roles in the central office, inside and outside Strategy, Business &amp; Operations, and also across other businesses of Navi. Hence, people doing well in the role will have the option to move to a central role operating out of Navi Headquarters in Bangalore, post 2 years.

 Performance Management:

 Responsible for hitting the topline and bottom-line targets

 Build processes and metrics that are consistent and scalable

 Own the debt management P&amp;L of Navi in his/her region
 </li>

 Build and manage a team of debt management executives and managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with central teams like Finance, HR, Quality, Vigilance etc.
 </li>

 Strategic Initiatives:

 Come up with Operations design strategies for step jump improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct experiments to validate insights and scale successful experiments through cross-team collaboration
 </li>
