Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, specializing in injections and eye drops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in third-party ,B2B sales and contract manufacturing sales and a track record of consistently achieving domestic sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive sales of injections and eye drops in the domestic market.</li><li>Develop, manage, and nurture B2B client relationships , focusing on third-party and contract manufacturing opportunities.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill customer requirements.</li><li>Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports, insights, and updates to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with injections and eye drops.</li><li>Strong experience in third-party/contract manufacturing and B2B sales.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the domestic market.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>B2B injectable sales: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
