This role involves site measurements, supervising workers, coordinating with factory production, and ensuring smooth project execution.This is a hands-on, field-based role designed for someone who understands both joinery and furniture installations.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &amp; Installation Supervision<ul><li>Supervise installation of office furniture, desks, cabinets, shelves, partitions, and other joinery items.</li><li>Ensure all installations follow drawings, levels, alignment, and finishing requirements.</li><li>Manage carpenters, installers, and helpers on site for efficient execution.</li><li>Resolve technical or installation issues immediately on site.</li><li>Ensure all site work is completed on time and in full quality.</li></ul>2. Material &amp; Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Check materials and products received on site for completeness and correctness.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, protection, and storage of furniture/joinery items.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and offloading.</li><li>Report any defects, damages, or missing components.</li></ul>4. Client &amp; Contractor Communication<ul><li>Interact professionally with clients, site engineers, and contractors.</li><li>Provide updates on installation progress.</li><li>Handle client concerns or minor variations directly and escalate major issues.</li><li>Ensure NAVO&rsquo;s brand reputation through disciplined, clean, efficient site execution.</li></ul>5.
