Job description:Manage all customer orders from the beginning of the order until all shipments are deliveredResponsibilities:<ul><li>Collect rates from shipping lines.</li></ul><ul><li>Submit bookings (online or manual)</li></ul><ul><li>Receiving booking confirmation</li></ul><ul><li>Handle inland transportation and follow loading containers up to receiving invoice and official receipts.</li></ul><ul><li>Submit VGM and final instructions.</li></ul><ul><li>Receiving B/L drafts check it with customer</li></ul><ul><li>Follow invoices with Shipping lines after vessel departure</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up with clients, trucking and custom clearance team</li></ul><ul><li>Do documentation for every operate</li></ul><ul><li>Make a strategic plane for every shipping</li></ul>Qualifications and education:<ul><li>Bachelor degree &amp; academic diploma in logistics or foreign trade field is a must</li></ul><ul><li>Experience 2 years at least</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: E&pound;15,000.00 - E&pound;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
