<li>Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as: 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Revit, Rhino, Naviswork or similar tools.</li>
<li>Proficiency in rendering engines such as: V-Ray or Corona and image editing software like Adobe Photoshop.</li>
<li>Other valuable tools can include SketchUp, AutoCAD, and real-time visualizers like Enscape or D5 render.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI tools.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of architectural concepts, design processes, and visualization techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent artistic and visual skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.</li>
