Nawy Now l Property Consultant

<div>The Legal Manager is responsible for handling legal, compliance, and governance functions under Nawy Group, specifically financial non-banking entity operating under the regulatory supervision of the Financial Regulatory Authority (&quot;FRA&quot;). The role requires a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in Egyptian corporate law, capital markets regulations, and FRA governance frameworks, capable of operating both strategically and operationally across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management &amp; Legal Operations<ul><li>
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize all daily operational contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, client contracts, and vendor agreements, ensuring full legal protection for the Company.
</li><li>Maintain and manage a structured contracts repository with renewal and expiry tracking.
</li><li>Provide timely legal opinions and guidance to internal departments on contractual matters and operational legal risks.
</li></ul>2. Legal Framework Development<ul><li>
Design and establish comprehensive legal frameworks for new business models and product lines from inception, ensuring alignment with applicable Egyptian law and FRA regulations.

Serve as the primary legal liaison with the FRA on all matters relating to company compliance, regulatory filings, disclosures, and licensing requirements.
</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum 7-10 years&rsquo; experience post-graduation in in-house corporate entities, preferably regulated under the Financial Regulatory Authority.
</li><li>LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from an Egyptian accredited university.

Legal Manager

<div>The Customer Experience Team Leader at Nawy Real Estate plays a pivotal role in guiding and motivating the customer experience team to deliver outstanding service that exceeds client expectations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, providing coaching and support to team members, and engaging directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Supervise and lead a team of CX agents across voice, chat, and email channels, running daily briefings and performance check-ins.</li><li>
Coach and develop agents based on Quality Assurance (QA) findings and KPI gaps to drive continuous performance improvement.</li><li>
Handle senior-level escalations and resolve complex customer issues requiring advanced judgment and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Monitor real-time queue performance and dynamically adjust agent coverage to meet service level demands.</li><li>
Track team-level performance metrics including SLA adherence, CSAT, Average Handle Time (AHT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR).</li><li>
Escalate operational blockers to the CX Manager with proactive, proposed solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.</li><li>
Coordinate with cross-functional teams&mdash;including Sales, Mortgage, and Property Management&mdash;to resolve complex, multi-department cases.</li><li>
Conduct weekly QA reviews on a defined sample of agent interactions to identify failure points and feed them into SOP updates.</li><li>
Ensure data and process compliance across the team, enforcing communication scripts, data capture standards, and proper escalation paths.</li><li>
Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure seamless training and integration into the CX team.</li><li>
Build and maintain team trackers using Google Sheets or Excel, leveraging formulas and dashboards to monitor KPIs and surface data trends.</li><li>

<div>We are seeking a skilled and motivated VoIP Engineer with hands-on experience in Asterisk
(FreePBX), 3CX, and Zoom Phone to support, maintain, and enhance our contact center solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in VoIP systems, call routing, and integrations,
