 Summary of role - To monitor the Refinery Integrated Management System conforming to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 &amp; ISO 45001:2018.
 
 
 Development of RIMS across the refinery including Captive Power Plant and Marine operations.
 
 
 Preparing the Management Safety Committee presentation monthly
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 PLANNING FOR AUDITS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure successful completion of all internal audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with RIMS Coordinators and Area Managers for execution of internal and external audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Annual Internal Audit Plan and Monthly Audit Schedule; update in RIMS AMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal auditors for timely execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on pending observations and non-conformities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly audit status report for MSC meeting
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct internal audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain lists of Approved Internal Auditors, Functional Heads, Area Managers, and Coordinators in RIMS AMS
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 DOCUMENTS &amp; PROCEDURES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance with ISO document control requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Review AIRR, Process Plans, SOPs, and Management Procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in Apex Manual and RIMS Procedure reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Update departmental documents as requested

 </ul>
 CONTEXT OF ORGANIZATION

 Compile and update Context of Organization (COO) for Refinery
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with departments for timely COO updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Interested Parties Register
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 TRAINING
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide RIMS training as per OISD fresher&rsquo;s schedule
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct training on 5S implementation at workplace
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 MANAGEMENT REVIEW
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare presentation slides for Management Review Meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile quarterly status of Objectives, Action Plans, and Internal Audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for MRM
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 5S IMPLEMENTATION
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor 5S implementation across refinery
 </li>
 <li>
 Release weekly reminders and compile status updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Present 5S activity status in MSC meetings
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 MANAGEMENT SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and compile RIMS presentation for MSC meetings
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Educational Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E. in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years in Refinery, Petroleum, or Oil/Gas-based Fertilizer Plant
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in HSEQ Management System implementation and auditing
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Functional Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems and ISO standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with product/service quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental performance parameters
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to audit HSEQMS in refinery and petrochemical units
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
