Job Description: Receptionist &amp; Administrative SupportPosition SummaryThe Receptionist &amp; Administrative Support staff is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk &amp; Customer Service<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.</li><li>Greet guests warmly and ensure they are attended to professionally.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate persons.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).</li><li>Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.</li><li>Update and maintain contact lists and office calendars.</li><li>Process requests for office supplies and ensure adequate inventory.</li></ul>Office Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.</li><li>Assist in arranging company events, trainings, and staff activities.</li><li>Work closely with department heads to support administrative tasks.</li></ul>Clerical Duties<ul><li>Photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.</li><li>Organizing couriers and receiving deliveries.</li><li>Maintaining logs for visitors, supplies, and administrative records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>High school diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Detail-oriented and well-organized.</li><li>Arabic speaking and writing is PLUS.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Receptionist cum Admin: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
