We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Senior Event Planner to join our team in Qatar.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing client inquiries and communication</li><li>Preparing quotations, invoices, and mood boards</li><li>Planning and coordinating weddings, birthdays, engagements, and private events</li><li>Managing suppliers, florists, and event logistics</li><li>Supervising event setup and execution</li><li>Coordinating with staff and vendors</li><li>Assisting with social media and marketing activities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Arabic speaker (required)</li><li>Previous experience in weddings and events</li><li>Knowledge of suppliers, florists, and event vendors in Qatar</li><li>Experience preparing mood boards and event proposals</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are looking for a reliable Event Assistant &amp; Driver to join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive a manual transmission vehicle safely and responsibly.</li><li>Pick up and deliver event d&eacute;cor, equipment, and supplies.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading items.</li><li>Help with event setup and breakdown.</li><li>Arrange d&eacute;cor and furniture according to event plans.</li><li>Assist the team during event preparation and execution.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and vehicles.</li><li>Support general event operations as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid QID and driving license.</li><li>Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.</li><li>Physically capable of lifting and moving event items.</li><li>Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.</li><li>Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and all weekends.</li><li>Previous experience in events, logistics, delivery, or similar work is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: QAR2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
