We are looking to hire a Senior Accountant.Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of relevant accounting experience (investment, real estate, and equities).</li><li>Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).</li><li>High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Proven experience handling multiple vendors and processing routine payables transactions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and journal entries.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliations accurately and timely.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.</li><li>Ensure all vendor invoices are properly recorded and comply with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare payment requests and coordinate approvals with the finance team.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and support.</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
