Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and landscaping, with a strong focus on building and installing fences. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for creating durable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you.Duties<ul><li>Measure and mark fence lines according to project specifications.</li><li>Assemble and install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, aluminum, composit, and chain link.</li><li>Perform concrete forming for fence post installations to ensure stability.</li><li>Build gates and other structures as required by project designs.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to ensure a clean finish.</li><li>Operate tools and machinery safely on construction sites, including power tools for cutting and welding when necessary.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in construction or landscaping, particularly in fence installation.</li><li>Knowledge of concrete forming techniques is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to assemble and build structures with precision.</li><li>Familiarity with hardscape elements such as patios or walkways is a plus.</li><li>Basic carpentry skills are beneficial for gate building and repairs.</li><li>Experience with welding techniques can enhance installation quality.</li><li>Capability for heavy lifting, as the role involves moving materials frequently.</li><li>Understanding of masonry principles can be advantageous for certain projects.</li></ul>If you are ready to take on the challenge of being a Fence Installer and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Fence Building: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bluffton, IN 46714 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
