The Revenue Operations team&rsquo;s number one priority is ensuring that our various food and retail systems are delivering a stable and fast service. As a member of the team, you&rsquo;ll help build, troubleshoot and operate applications to ensure system uptime, responsiveness and security. You&rsquo;ll interact with team members across the IT and business landscape and have an opportunity to be a direct contributor of exciting and new technology.
The Lead Application Engineer's role is to assist in defining the overall strategy, standardization, and maintenance of software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes creating, testing, analyzing, implementing and supporting software programs and applications along with configuration management of various existing applications. The Lead Application Engineer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. The Lead Application Engineer will serve as a key contact with the user community for solving business issues as well as providing support and guidance to other engineers on the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Work with other technical staff to lend expertise toward driving solutions.</li><li>
Lead the development and execution of testing to ensure the solution is capable of meeting the business needs and will be able to handle the Production Load.</li><li>
Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software&rsquo;s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.</li><li>
Lead or write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.</li><li>
Collaborate with business analysts, programmer analysts and architects in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications.</li><li>
Mentor and transition solutions to Park Operations Team.</li><li>
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health &amp; Safety responsibilities by following established company policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a four-year college or university is required; majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, and/or 8-15 years equivalent work experience.</li><li>
5-10 years of experience in an IT support function supporting a large Food/Retail Point of Sale application such as Oracle Micros Simphony, NCR Aloha, Omnico OmniBasket, or Agilysys InfoGenesis.</li><li>
Experience with solution planning and execution of installations, upgrades and hotfixes.</li><li>
5-10 years of experience supporting Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems, such as Eatec and Cambar.</li><li>
Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining Kitchen Display Systems.</li><li>
Experience with relational database such as Microsoft SQL Server.</li><li>
Proficient with Transact-SQL programming including stored procedures, triggers, and reporting using SSRS.</li><li>
Experience with general scripting (Batch, VBScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.) is required.</li><li>
Experience working with various Windows platforms Windows 10/11, Server 2016 and up) is required.</li><li>
Capable of developing and supporting web solutions using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and .NET Framework.</li><li>
Experience supporting and maintaining Power Automate / Microsoft Flow tools.</li><li>
Hands-on experience developing and executing test scripts for Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Kitchen Management, and Warehouse Management Systems.</li><li>
On-call availability on a rotational basis. (M-F core role).</li><li>
Willingness to travel and or work weekends with short notice.</li></ul>

Job Description 
The Director, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for negotiating deals related to the development and production of unscripted programming for Bravo and the Peacock streaming service. This role will report to the VP, Business Affairs.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Negotiate all aspects of unscripted programming deals for Bravo and Peacock with both in-house and third-party studios, serving as the point person on assigned projects for the Business Affairs team</li><li>
Draft initial term sheets and negotiate comments seeing through to completion and signature short form agreements reflecting negotiated deal points</li><li>
Coordinate with Legal Affairs department and review longform agreements and standard terms for accuracy of terms negotiated and consistency with term sheets</li><li>
Handle day-to-day business affairs issues for projects in development and in production, including negotiating and drafting above-the-line talent deals, advising on production issues, and handling product integrations, custom content, and other advertiser material associated with programming</li><li>
Interface and coordinate with many departments, especially the following: content development; content production; casting; legal affairs; production operations; communications; marketing; finance; and distribution</li><li>
Help to maintain library of forms and policies</li><li>
Advise creative team, production executives, casting, marketing, communications, finance, and similar departments with respect to various issues</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Basic Requirements:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in transaction or entertainment matters</li><li>
Prior experience negotiating development and series-related agreements, preferably at a television studio and/or an entertainment network or platform</li></ul>
