This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including systems and processes, employee lifecycle events, training, and key projects.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the day-to-day activities of the VP, Human Resources, including calendar management, travel coordination and expense reporting.</li><li>
Process employee personnel and organizational transactions, including terminations, transfers, leaves of absences, titles changes, and reporting lines.</li><li>
Perform detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions, as needed, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.</li><li>
Generate monthly custom reports and ad-hoc requests.</li><li>
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including monitoring the background check screening, flagging discrepancies, conducting I-9 verifications, and coordinating new hire logistics.</li><li>
Curate and send the monthly employee newsletter.</li><li>
Manage and maintain HRIS systems, and internal documents, including organizational charts and employee files ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Assist with the recruitment process by preparing job requisitions and routing to Talent Acquisition for posting.</li><li>
Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, roundtables, including meeting sign up and invitations, room reservations and technology set-up.</li><li>
Communicate and interpret company policies and procedures clearly and consistently.</li><li>
Respond to routine HR inquiries on processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>
Assist with special projects and other duties as requested, including annual processes such as performance reviews, succession planning and compensation reviews.</li><li>
Support the HR Business Partners through various ad hoc projects.</li><li>
Stay current on HR best practices and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.</li></ul>

Role Summary: 
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR professional to provide HR support to Talent &amp; Culture team members at Universal Destinations &amp; Experiences, while also supporting the broader HR community at NBCUniversal.

The HR Coordinator will perform a broad range of HR coordination and administrative activities, including employee interaction, HR process support, reporting, and project coordination.
