The Senior Talent Acquistion Specialist will lead recruitment efforts, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and partner closely with operations management to ensure we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. You will also help develop and implement scalable recruiting best practices, streamline onboarding procedures, and build a strong employer brand in the region.This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our launch into the Egypt BPO market.
