Job Title: Virtual Assistant &ndash; eBay &amp; Amazon FBA (USA Market)We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in managing eBay and Amazon FBA stores in the USA market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in product research, listing optimization, and order management, along with a good understanding of marketplace policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain eBay and Amazon seller accounts for the USA marketplace</li><li>Conduct product research to identify profitable and trending items</li><li>Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images</li><li>Handle inventory management and coordinate with suppliers</li><li>Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns and refunds</li><li>Monitor account health and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with platform policies</li><li>Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally</li><li>Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports</li><li>Run and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon if experienced</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for eBay and Amazon FBA in the USA market</li><li>Strong knowledge of product hunting tools and techniques</li><li>Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub</li><li>Understanding of FBA processes, shipping plans, and inventory forecasting</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Zik Analytics</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon PPC and SEO optimization</li><li>Basic graphic design skills for product images would be great</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Onsite position (apply if you dont have problem with that)</li><li>USA time zone based working hours</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
