ICU Technician (Evening Shift)

We have required two senior Mid wife nurse for night shift in our gynae department.Position: Senior Midwife (Female) Shift: Night ShiftTimings: 8 pm to 8 am.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide safe, compassionate, and professional maternity care to patients during the night shift.</li><li>Assist in normal deliveries and provide antenatal and postnatal care.</li><li>Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond promptly to emergencies.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, patient records, and handover reports.</li><li>Supervise junior midwives, nursing staff, and support staff during the shift.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, hygiene, and infection control standards.</li><li>Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.</li><li>Coordinate with on-call gynecologists, pediatricians, and duty medical officers.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma / BSc in Midwifery (recognized by PNC).</li><li>Valid PNC License is mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in maternity / labor room.</li><li>Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics care and neonatal care.</li><li>Excellent communication, supervision, and emergency-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently during night shift.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
