Roles &amp; Responsibilities:Candidates with Experience in AAC Blocks would be add-on Advantage <ul><li>Supports and assists with the Safety Program.</li><li>Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production line / cycle to ensure continuous operations.</li><li>Plan equipment / machinery, material and manpower availability / requirements to meet production schedule.</li><li>Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.</li><li>Work with corporate Job Cards Team, Operations team and Customer service department to develop, publish and communicate production schedule to supervisors in order to meet customer delivery dates</li><li>Assist purchasing unit in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries.</li><li>Monitor inventory status and maintain minimum level of inventory as per plan.</li><li>Generate reports on production shortages and sales impact to Management for analysis.</li><li>Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications.</li><li>Work with the Operations team to ensure material management, production scheduling, shipping/receiving, and logistics at all points of the process.</li><li>Lead the development of scheduling tools to increase the level of automation and reduce the manual nature of the Scheduling function.</li><li>Provide guidance and expertise to develop plant team knowledge relative to plant schedule optimization.</li><li>SAP entries monitoring.</li><li>Preventive maintenance scheduling and evaluating.</li><li>Rejections and Collapsed cakes and green stage wastage monitoring and control.</li><li>Dispatches</li><li>Product strength and densities monitoring and controlling.</li><li>Statutory compliance.</li><li>Cost reduction activities.</li><li>Controlling stores cost.</li><li>Local issues handling.</li><li>Maintaining Mis reports.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is level of experience in Mechanical Maintenance </li></ul>Work Location: In person
