<div>This position supports the Escrow Department in facilitating real estate transactions through to closing. It&rsquo;s a fast-paced, team-oriented role requiring strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. <div></div><div><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist escrow officers with transaction management from opening to closing.</li>
<li>Review title commitments and identify potential issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders.</li>
<li>Prepare and organize closing files and documentation.</li>
<li>Request and gather information needed for closing (e.g., payoffs, HOA details, insurance).</li>
<li>Problem-solve issues that arise during the closing process.</li>
<li>Maintain excellent communication and provide timely updates to all involved parties.</li>
<li>Monitoring Escrow email inbox.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Preferred Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>Background in title insurance, real estate, or banking is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with real estate closing documents and terminology is preferred.</li>
<li>SoftPro experience is a plus.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><br>
