We are looking for a first level Service Desk Engineer to join our support team. This role acts as the first point of contact for customers and internal users, ensuring incidents and service requests are logged, triaged, and resolved efficiently using approved knowledge resources and established processes. This is a remote position.
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality support experience while ensuring incidents are handled in line with ITIL-based practices.
The Opportunity<ul><li>
Act as the first point of contact for customer and user inquiries.</li><li>
Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests accurately.</li><li>
Resolve standard incidents and requests using approved knowledge articles and runbooks.</li><li>
Perform initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</li><li>
Escalate incidents according to defined criteria.</li><li>
Maintain clear communication and manage user expectations throughout the ticket lifecycle.</li><li>
Ensure tickets are updated correctly and closed with proper documentation.</li><li>
Contribute to knowledge base improvements and documentation updates.</li><li>
Follow ITIL Incident Management and Service Desk best practices.</li></ul>
Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>
Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear grammar and professional tone.</li><li>
Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tickets within SLAs.</li><li>
Comfortable using ticketing and Service Management systems.</li><li>
Availability to work West Coast hours (for AMER description only).</li><li>
Japanese language proficiency required (for APAC description only).</li></ul>
Desired Skills and Experience<ul><li>
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP is desirable.</li><li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits
Pay Range: $60k &ndash; $80k annual salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate&rsquo;s relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. Service Desk Engineer (West Coast) - Remote US

The Role
At Neat, a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) is the trusted technical advisor and product expert supporting our enterprise sales teams. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement&mdash;ensuring prospects, customers, and partners fully understand the value, innovation, and long-term vision behind Neat&rsquo;s portfolio.
Hybrid expectations are three (3) days a week present in the San Jose Neat Experience Center (NEC) or onsite with enterprise customers.
The Senior Solutions Engineer focuses on three (3) core areas:
1. Sales Collaboration &amp; Technical Leadership: Senior Solutions Engineers partner closely with Enterprise Account Management and Channel teams to drive successful customer outcomes. You will:<ul><li>
Lead by listening - understand enterprise customer requirements and translate to real-world value.</li><li>
Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.</li><li>
Align with Enterprise Territory Account Managers on technical strategy and competitive positioning.</li><li>
Ensure Customers clearly understand Neat&rsquo;s value proposition, design philosophy, and roadmap.</li><li>
Remove technical barriers and instill confidence throughout the buying process.</li></ul>
2. Product &amp; Engineering Ambassador: Senior Solutions Engineers serve as the voice of the customer and partners internally&mdash;and the voice of the product externally. You will:<ul><li>
Gather, evaluate, and prioritize customer and partner feedback.</li><li>
Translate real-world use cases into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.</li><li>
Communicate roadmap vision and future-state capabilities clearly and credibly.</li><li>
Represent Neat&rsquo;s innovation strategy in executive and technical conversations.</li></ul>
3. Product Evangelism &amp; Enablement: Senior Solutions Engineers bring the &ldquo;wow factor&rdquo; of Neat to life. You will:<ul><li>
Deliver impactful product demos that showcase simplicity, intelligence, and design excellence.</li><li>
Enable Sales teams through training and technical coaching.</li><li>
Support webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.</li><li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Strong professional experience in videoconferencing and commercial AV technologies; OEM experience preferred.</li><li>

Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise - Hybrid San Jose / Bay Area, CA, US

The Opportunity
As the Partner Digital Experience Manager, you will own and optimize Neat&rsquo;s digital presence across our Americas partner ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure that wherever customers encounter Neat online &mdash; distributor marketplaces, DMRs, national integrators, or e-commerce platforms &mdash; the experience is accurate, consistent, compliant, and optimized for conversion.
You will bridge internal marketing strategy with the digital execution reality of our partners, building the infrastructure and governance required to scale our channel growth.
This role combines content syndication, digital compliance, performance optimization, and co-marketing investment oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Content Syndication &amp; Data Integrity<ul><li>
Manage and optimize Neat&rsquo;s presence across 1WorldSync and other GDSN/PIM platforms.</li><li>
Ensure partners have access to accurate, high-quality product content including imagery, technical specifications, comparison charts, certifications, and messaging.</li><li>
Establish governance for product data updates, SKU mapping, and version control.</li><li>
Maintain high digital content accuracy across priority partners.</li></ul>
Partner Digital Audits &amp; Optimization<ul><li>
Conduct ongoing audits of partner websites to ensure correct imagery, pricing alignment, packaging, positioning, and messaging.</li><li>
Develop a structured Digital Quality Scorecard across top partners.</li><li>
Identify gaps and drive corrective action with partner digital teams.</li><li>
Recommend improvements to product detail pages (PDPs), category placement, and merchandising strategy.</li></ul>
Digital Co-Marketing &amp; Online Programs<ul><li>
Manage execution of retailer media and partner online marketing programs.</li><li>
Allocate co-op/MDF budgets based on measurable performance criteria (traffic, conversion, search rank, competitive displacement).</li><li>
Track ROI and provide structured reporting on digital investments.</li><li>
Shift digital spend from passive placement to performance-driven outcomes.</li></ul>
Search &amp; Discoverability<ul><li>
Partner with internal marketing and external partner teams to improve SEO and on-site search visibility.</li><li>
Ensure Neat products are optimized for priority keywords across collaboration, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV search categories.</li><li>
Support long-tail partners with digital content kits to improve discoverability and consistency.</li></ul>
Brand Protection &amp; MAP Governance<ul><li>
Monitor digital channels for MAP compliance using appropriate monitoring tools.</li><li>
Serve as point of contact for resolving pricing violations in coordination with Channel and Distribution leadership.</li><li>
Protect premium brand positioning across all digital storefronts.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Alignment<ul><li>
Work closely with Product Marketing, Channel Sales, Distribution, and Global Marketing to ensure digital readiness for launches, promotions, and pricing updates.</li><li>
Support Americas partner tier strategy with scalable digital enablement tools and templates.</li></ul>
Your Experience<ul><li>
5+ years experience in Channel Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Partner Marketing.</li><li>
Experience working with content syndication platforms such as 1WorldSync or similar.</li><li>
Familiarity with MAP monitoring tools (e.g., TrackStreet, PriceSpider).</li><li>
Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce, distributor marketplaces, and AV/technology ecosystems preferred.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with ability to tie digital activity to performance outcomes.</li><li>
Strong communication and partner-facing skills.</li></ul>
