The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable managing both office and factory workforce requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage payrolls, attendance, and leave records for all employees</li><li>Handle hiring, job postings, and onboarding</li><li>Maintain employee data, documentation, and compliance records</li><li>Support day-to-day HR operations and workforce coordination</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of HR experience preferred (manufacturing experience a plus)</li><li>Strong communication and Excel/reporting skills</li><li>Knowledge of payroll and attendance systems</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
