1. HVAC System Operations<ul><li>Operate, monitor, and maintain all HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and fresh air handling units.</li><li>Ensure cleanroom temperature, humidity, and differential pressure remain within cGMP-specified limits.</li><li>Support HEPA filter integrity testing, duct inspection, and HVAC system calibration.</li><li>Ensure continuous functioning of HVAC systems to support production and quality requirements.</li></ul>2. Water Plant Operations<ul><li>Operate and manage RO plant, Soft Water System, Purified Water (PW), and Water for Injection (WFI) systems.</li><li>Monitor daily water system parameters such as conductivity, TOC, pH, temperature, pressure, and microbial limits.</li><li>Perform water system sanitization, chemical cleaning, and regeneration as per SOPs.</li><li>Assist in validation and qualification activities of water systems to meet regulatory guidelines.</li></ul>3. Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Support preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC and water systems to avoid downtime.</li><li>Identify system issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for repeated issues and suggest corrective actions.</li></ul>4. Documentation, Compliance &amp; Awareness<ul><li>Maintain accurate logbooks, checklists, and utility records according to SOPs, GEP (Good Engineering Practices), and cGMP requirements.</li><li>Fill and manage daily GMP documentation of engineering logbooks.</li><li>Ensure all utility operations follow SOPs and support internal, external, and regulatory audits (QA, WHO, FDA).</li><li>Demonstrate awareness of cGMP, GEP, and company SOPs in daily operations.</li></ul>5. Safety &amp; Energy Efficiency<ul><li>Follow all safety protocols related to mechanical, electrical, and chemical operations.</li><li>Monitor utility performance and support initiatives to reduce energy consumption.</li><li>Report any abnormal readings, leakages, or unsafe conditions immediately.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical utilities (HVAC &amp; Water Systems preferred).</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom controls, and environmental parameters.</li><li>Practical understanding of RO, PW, and WFI water systems.</li><li>Awareness of cGMP, GEP, SOPs, and GMP documentation practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,859.77 - ₹21,516.76 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
