Various compliances under Companies Act, 20134. ROC Annual Fillings5. Various Registrations under various Acts such as DGFT, Shop and Establishment Act, GST etc.6. Assisted in Incorporating a Companies (Private Company, Public Company, One Person Company, Section 8 (Formation of Company Charitable Objects), Limited Liability Partnership)7. Assisted in Incorporating a Company (Chit Fund Company)8. Assisted in preparing documents for registration of Partnership Firm.9. Preparation of Documents for increasing Authorized Capital of a Company10. Preparation of Documents for Appointment, Resignation, removal of Directors and KMPs.11.
