We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales &amp; Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.</li><li>Promote and explain our services (Epoxy &amp; PU Flooring, Waterproofing, Structural Painting) to prospective clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.</li><li>Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events, and promotional materials.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in sales/marketing within construction, coatings, flooring, or waterproofing industries(preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Good understanding of local construction and industrial market trends.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.</li><li>Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a growing niche industry.</li><li>Exposure to large-scale industrial and commercial projects.</li><li>Professional growth and skill development.</li></ul>Location: Sonvay, Pithampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteSpeak with the employer +91 9893176994
