We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Professional. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance</li><li>Operating lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)</li><li>Maintaining tools and equipment</li><li>Ensuring work is completed efficiently and neatly</li><li>Lead and manage a lawn care crew (2&ndash;4 workers)</li><li>Communicate with customers when needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and Clean Driving Record</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Lawn care experience is required</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors (required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Lawn Care: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Drivers License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Imperial, MO 63052 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
