Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Leasing Agent to support our talented team of property management! As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents/guests, touring the property, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, consistently, with high level of integrity.

Essential Functions: (Include but are not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Residents/Guests Retention: You will provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents/guests. You will help engage current guests/residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase customer satisfaction, brand awareness, business referrals, and minimize turnover.</li>
<li>Leasing and Sales: You will be responsible for meeting occupancy expectations for the property by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.</li>
<li>Marketing &amp; Social Media Presence: You will help elevate the property&rsquo;s online presence through social media marketing, creative content, resident features, tours, promotions, and engagement. You&rsquo;re comfortable on camera, understand what drives traffic and leads, and know how to turn views into tours and tours into signed leases.</li>
<li>Compliance: You will also ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected. You will adhere to local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience in a related industry</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Ability to conduct property tours and interact professionally with owners, investors, and residents</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and administrative abilities</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook</li>
<li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li>
<li>Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to walk the property and conduct inspections, including stairs and outdoor areas</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed</li>
<li>May be required to respond to after-hours or emergency situations</li>
