<div></div><div><div><b>Job Summary</b>
</div><div>The NHC Courier-PRN will perform all duties working under limited supervision. This position is responsible for traveling on an as-needed basis to all NHC buildings to gather deposits, medical supplies, documents, interoffice mail, and other related materials, with the goal of delivery in a safe, timely manner to their destination.</div>

</div><div><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide timely and accurate delivery of medical records, medical supplies, interoffice mail, deposits and related materials in a safe manner.</li>
<li>Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.</li>
<li>Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management of maintenance issues.</li>
<li>Maintain full compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain highest professional and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Following all applicable government regulations including HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Follow established routes, schedules, and safety procedures, adjusting as needed to ensure on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Operate company-owned vehicle responsibly, performing routine inspections for cleanliness and safety.</li>
<li>Must have valid Indiana Driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving history.</li>
</ul><div><b>Education Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
</ul><div><b>Expectations Related to PRN</b></div>
<ul><li>A PRN schedule is typically less than part-time; however, the employee may be requested to work for a day, period of days, or short time period.</li>
<li>Attendance rules will apply (per EH-9.2), once a schedule is accepted.</li>
<li>Employee must clock in/out for all time worked, with meal periods of 30 minutes and completely relieved of duties.</li>
<li>Employee must approve their timecard at the end of each pay period.</li>
<li>All monthly Paycor Learning must be completed timely.</li>
<li>Employee is not eligible for attendance bonus, holiday pay, or On-Demand pay.</li>
<li>Employee is eligible for long-term recognition bonus.</li>
</ul><div><b>Work Environment</b></div>
<div>This position will require driving the company vehicle approximately 60 miles per day, between Richmond, Liberty and Connersville.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Overtime:</b> This is an hourly position. Will receive time and a half for hours worked over 40 per work week.</div>
