Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Nursing tasks within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed provider</li><li>Administer medications and provide treatments prescribed by providers</li><li>Perform immunizations and injections</li><li>Assist in facilitating patient flow for the provider to ensure a seamless and efficient patient flow</li><li>Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.</li><li>Perform all CLIA waiver tests and ensures all tests are up to date</li><li>Demonstrate proper placement and documentation of PPD</li><li>Comply patient information in the absence of an RN and consult with medical provider</li></ul>Your primary location will be our Hamburg, NY location and will travel to all of our locations in Western New York as needed.What it&rsquo;s Like to Work at Neighborhood:The top three words employees say describe the work environment are: teamwork, supportive, kind.
