<p>Key Responsibilities:<br>
</p>
<ul><li>Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children can thrive.</li>
<li>Implement Creative Curriculum using play-based learning and interest centers.</li>
<li>Actively engage in hands-on activities to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.</li>
<li>Extend learning beyond the classroom, including outdoor activities.</li>
<li>Assess each child&rsquo;s progress and tailor activities to meet individual developmental needs.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and structured learning environment.</li>
<li>Use positive behavior management techniques consistent with Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).</li></ul><br>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<br>
</p>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (No CDA required; experience preferred but not required).</li>
<li>First Aid &amp; CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Valid Utah Driver&rsquo;s License.</li>
<li>Utah Food Handler&rsquo;s Permit (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check and drug test.</li>
<li>Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.</li>
<li>Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written; bilingual in Spanish is a plus).</li>
A strong passion for working with children and a desire to learn and grow in early childhood education.<br>
